Our Story
My name is Roxanna, founder of Alicia’s Blessings.
Alicia’s Blessings was created in loving memory of my daughter, Alicia Maria Jimenez. Through unimaginable loss, I found a purpose, to help protect children and educate families about the importance of water safety and drowning prevention.
What began as grief became a mission to create awareness, provide resources, and help families gain access to life-saving swim education. I am passionate about advocating for drowning prevention, ISR swim scholarships, and teaching parents the importance of layers of protection around water.
Alicia’s Blessings is more than a nonprofit. It is Alicia’s legacy living on through every child reached, every family educated, and every life potentially saved.
Through community outreach, awareness campaigns, and partnerships, my goal is to make water safety education accessible to all families, especially those who may not otherwise have the opportunity.

We serve families with young children, especially those facing financial hardship, limited access to swim education, or personal circumstances that place children at higher risk around water.
